    1. I like where this is heading, the balance between comical and heartfelt is continued from the first volume. And the storytelling is really good so far. The only downside is that this isn't particularly memorable. I read this just a couple of days ago and it took a bit for me to remember what happened. It's a okay series so far, but I don't think it'll really amaze me.Onto the next book. I'll see at the end of volume three if this is something I'm willing to follow or not.

    2. Originally posted here at Anime Radius. The opening entry in the Seiho Boys High School! series showed promise but only earned a C+ because it could not manage to separate itself from the flood of shoujo titles currently on the market. With this next volume, manga-ka Izumi shows that there's only one direction for this manga - and that is up. The humor and energy from volume one is still here and is tempered by the emotional drama that is prevalent in Maki's history. This volume is very much Maki [...]

    3. What did I like about this volume? 1)I liked that Maki's character is being fleshed out. 2)I thought a couple panels were cute. What didn't I like? Well was boring. The stories are still shallow and episodic. The characters are written in a way that seems to suggest that Kaneyoshi Izumi has no idea what real boys act like. Or even girls for that matter. Everyone has the same basic personality, with only the slightest variances (this once ruder then the rest and wears glasses, this one is ridicul [...]

    5. Still enjoying this series. In this volume we find out about Maki past and a girl that was in his past and what happened between them. Also there is a visitor comes to the island and asks the guys if one of them would be her boyfriend. Her friend is visiting with her boyfriend who is also the guy she likes. Will one of them agree to be her boyfriend? You will have to read this to find out about Maki past and to find out if any of them step up for the visitor.

    6. I am like a boy who's afraid of getting caught reading shoujo (eh, or BL) manga, but there is no such a thing these days. It's just me. I don't really read shoujo manga. But, this, this one is like Skip Beat, I had a good laugh and I even sympathized with the girl's feeling :))

    7. Make no mistake - this series is really a shoujo series primarily intended for female readers and fans of shoujo manga. It would have been a very different type of read if it was intended for a mostly male audience

    8. v.2 takes a turn for the serious and I think Seiho is better as a comedy than drama. Still, it was good and while not exactly moving it was nice to see some history of Maki. Will continue onto v.3.
