    1. Sports Psychologist Bob Rotella goes deep into the human brain revealing and discovering what separates us from the great ones. In this powerful book written by an absolute genius you learn exactly what you need to change in the way you think to be successful. Bob Rotella has worked with people ranging from Jordan Speith to Lebron James and knows just what the difference is. Bob discusses everything from your overall thinking to performance thinking which was very useful to me as a competitive g [...]

    2. How Champions Think by Bob RotellaReviewed by Alvaro MonzonMy star rating for this book is going to be five stars. I think that it is that high because for me it is a book that can help me a lot in getting success in my life. Also that Bob gives you a lot of tips that you can use to start becoming someone exceptional in life. This book relates to my hero’s journey a lot because this is mostly a book about sport and how to be successful on any of it. I play some sports in which I can really use [...]

    3. In the corporate life, there are many a time when despondency decends upon us and we end up feeling as if we are living a life which we dislike every moment. And then we crib about how we just lack the talent to achieve greatness, how some people have everything going for them because of what they have in their genesDaniel Coyle had demolished the talent theory in his book "The Talent Code - Greatness isnt born, its grown". He firmly believes that with more and more practice and by delierately i [...]

    4. I thought this was really good it showed me there is more than one way than you can with if you loose .This book taught me how to keep myself confidence up and be a winner. If this book has taught me anything it is to be a good sport and always give a 110 percent. This book said never compare yourself to another person be you be the best you can be. If you compare your self to someone you will always fail but if you compare what you did wrong you will become a stronger person.

    5. Although sports psychologist Bob Rotella’s “How Champions Think” is useful primarily for athletes and secondarily for businesspeople, I read it to apply to musicianship. I’ve often compared the challenges that musicians face to those encountered by athletes. There’s developing techniques, focusing upon improving weaker aspects of one’s performance, visualizing a perfect performance, and practice, practice, practice—and knowing how to do the latter effectively. Like athletes, musici [...]

    6. In the book "How Champions Think" Bob Rotella talks about how to motivate athletes and to help them with their mental game. In the book he is talking to a bunch of athletes around the world. They range from basketball stars to golf champions. They Athletes are from LeBron James to Arnold Palmers daughter. In the book he sits down with them and talk out the problems they are having. For example LeBron James was having trouble with his three point shooting. So Bob Rotella sat down with him to tell [...]

    7. I have no doubt that Bob Rotella knows his stuff and is one of the best in Sports Psychology and I do think this would be a great book for someone wanting to hear stories of athletes and their successes, but I was looking for some more concrete advice. Basically, it comes down to have a winning mindset (ie believe in yourself, aspire to be exceptional, and visualize yourself succeeding). I think all of this is extremely important in everything we do, but I guess I have read and listened to so ma [...]

    8. This book is as expected: lots of examples of success and overcoming failure. I enjoyed the content of the book, even thought the main sport referenced again and again was golf. What did not impress me with the audio edition of this book what that it was read by the author. Bob Rotella knows his material, but I found the sound of his voice a little monotone and was surprised by a lack of enthusiasm. I recommend reading the physical book, there may also be places you want to highlight and annotat [...]

    9. I'm not necessarily a fan of golf or basketball, but I found plenty of valuable information in this book. It's really about optimism above all else. It gives multiple examples of strategies that have been proven to work by big names in the PGA and NBA. Rotella does a good job of making it relative in business as well, rather than only focusing on athletes.

    10. Dr. Bob Rotella and Bob Cullen How Champions Think 3/5- Be positive!Success is all about an optimistic mind-set. By establishing goals, building confidence and facing your fears, you’ll be able to take your performance to the next level, whether in business or on the playing field.
