    1. Dress Skinny pretends to instruct women on how to dress in a way that best flatters their figure while flooding the pages with stick-thin models and goddess-like female celebrities with unattainable perfect curves - the type of women who could make a pillowcase look good with the right accessories. This book appears to be catered to women who are probably a size 6 and above and yet the only time they feature a woman of that size it is Lena Dunham whom they lovingly describe as a "famously fleshy [...]

    2. Nice pictures, but who would wear those clothes? Not one photo is a female with one ounce of fat. I just don't get the title of the book.

    3. Nope.1) The people featured did not always look good in what they were wearing (i.e. what they were wearing did not always flatter their body).2) Wrong/Bad advice given for accentuating/downplaying various parts of the body (e.g. book recommends wearing pieces it says will downplay the size of your hips if they're wide, but instead the opposite effect was achieved).3) Misleading title - "dress skinny"?! I'd say 90% of the styles that they show are gorgeous and inspiring the other 10% well we can't have everything in [...]

    5. This is little more than a glorified issue of Us magazine, in layout and depth. It's not even a glorified issue of Marie Claire magazine!
